1) Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories (depending on what you choose to use):

• Account information: email address and account identifiers used to authenticate you (for example, when signing in with Apple, Google, magic link, or email/password).
• Profile and preferences: information you provide during onboarding or in settings (for example, fitness level, goals, equipment, units, and similar preferences).
• Fitness-related data you choose to provide: such as age, height, weight, injuries, workouts, routines, sets/reps/weights, measurements, notes, and photos.
• Usage and device data: information about how you interact with the app (such as screens viewed and actions taken) and basic device/app diagnostics.

2) How we use information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (including syncing your data across devices).
• Personalize your experience (for example, units and preferences).
• Improve the Service (analytics and debugging).
• Detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues.
• Respond to your requests and provide support.

3) How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run the Service, for example:

• Supabase (authentication and data storage) to store and sync your account and app data.
• PostHog (analytics). We use analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the app.

4) Analytics and session replay

We use analytics tools (including PostHog). These tools may collect information about how you interact with the app (for example, screens viewed and actions taken). We may also enable session replay features to help debug issues and improve usability.

5) Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion as described below.

6) Deleting your account and data

You can request deletion in either of these ways:

• Use the account deletion option in the app (if available in your version).
• Email hello@mightyfitness.app with a deletion request.

We will delete your account and associated data within 7 days of receiving a verified request, unless we are required to retain certain information by law.

7) Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
